Commission Process:

• Payment is made via PayPal or PIX (for brazillians), with 50% of the total amount required before starting the artwork. (You can also choose to pay the full amount upfront if desired.)• After payment confirmation, I will begin the work and provide a draft for your approval.• Once approved, the remaining 50% must be paid to proceed with painting and finishing.• No refunds are available once payment has been made.• Additional objects have extra value depending on their complexity.• You are entitled to 3 revisions of the drawing. Additional revisions after the lineart• stage will incur a fee of $5 per revision.• Delivery usually takes up to one week but may be longer depending on the complexity of the artwork or sooner.

Usage Policy:

• Personal Use: The commissioned art may be used for personal purposes, such as social media profiles, forums, etc.• If you wish to use the artwork for commercial purposes, the cost will increase by 300% on top of the commission price. For example, if you commission a piece that costs $15, there will be an additional $45 fee.• Printing and Rights: You are allowed to print the artwork and use the characters as your own, but the artwork itself remains my property.• Publication: If you prefer that your art not be published in any form, please let me know before we finalize the process. Your request will be respected.•

Prohibitions:

• Resale and Mass Production: You are not permitted to resell the artwork without my permission or use it to create mass-produced products.• Modifications: Alterations to the artwork, including removing my signature, are not allowed.
